What kind of adjustable mounts exist for putting a TV over the fireplace.?

I want to put a TV or the fireplace in our new house (just makes furniture and everything else easier), but am concerned about it being too high on the wall. Are there adjustable arms that can support a 52" TV that would allow me to mount over fireplace and easily bring the TV forward and down some when watching?

1. I do not know of a mount that allows you to vertically lower your television. You can tilt your television on the axis on which it mounts, but I have not heard of a mount that lowers the television. Once you mount your television on your fireplace you will have limited options on the height. I recommend against mounting your television too high (normally fireplaces), but many customers still want it for the look. You will have to decide if you want the aesthetics or the functionality, but having both is not feasible.
